Terms of Service for cloud.ifds.app

cloud.ifds.app is the IFDS Cloud Sync Broker. It is operated to provide read-only synchronization from selected cloud folders to authorized IFDS clients.

Permitted use

The service may be used only by authorized IFDS installations and their users to connect selected cloud folders for local media synchronization.

Read-only synchronization

The service is designed for read-only access to connected cloud providers. It does not upload, rename or delete files in Google Drive, Dropbox or Nextcloud through this synchronization path.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for selecting folders they are allowed to access and for ensuring that synchronized files may be used on the connected IFDS clients.

Availability

The service is provided for IFDS synchronization workflows. Availability may depend on network connectivity, provider APIs and configured client credentials.

Changes and removal

Cloud connections can be changed or removed by the operator of the IFDS installation. Removing a connection stops further broker access to the selected cloud folder.
